Indigo Creek is a highly desired neighborhood that is wrapped around the Indigo Creek Golf Course, as well as being very near several other courses. It's a well-established community, with homes built from 1994 to 1997, however, most have been so well-maintained (or renovated) that they look as nice as the new homes.
The majority of homes in Indigo are 3-4 bedrooms, ranging in square footage from 1800 to 2400 sq ft. Prices average from around $220k to $300k. Most are traditional style or ranch, with brick, siding, or both. The large lots are usually landscaped in a tropical style with plenty of flowers and blooming shrubs.
Residents can enjoy the community pool, and for an extra fee, you can buy a golf membership. This neighborhood is made for golf lovers. Lakes can be found all over the golf course, providing water views and helping to keep the greens green.
Indigo Creek is located near lots of shopping, restaurants, hospital, the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and the ocean at Garden City. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are just a few miles away. Children will attend the St. James schools.
