Clear Pond, Myrtle Beach, SC Homes for Sale
Clear Pond was originally started in the late 2000's by Lennar Homes. A huge master-planned community bordering the MBN golf course, its location couldn't be better. It is also on the edge of the Carolina Forest are of Myrtle Beach, and this means children living here will attend the highly desired and awarding winning Carolina Forest schools, including Ocean Bay Middle School. These schools are said to be the best in South Carolina.
Around 2013-14, Mungo Homes developed a section of Clear Pond, and more recently R.S. Parker built a number of new homes in the development. So the variety and price-points of the homes here are many.
Amenities include a gorgeous large pool with a clubhouse, barbeque facility, fitness room, and playground for the kids. There are lakes all around the development, so many of the homes will have a water view. Others back up to golf course greens or woodland.
