Burcale Commons, Myrtle Beach, SC Homes for Sale
Burcale Commons is a small subdivision of 3 and 4 bedroom ranch style homes off Burcale Rd in the Forestbrook section of Myrtle Beach. Originally developed in 2004-2006 by Lennar Homes, these are some of the "Everything's Included" models that this builder is famous for. Lennar says they have done the research to find which features are the most desirable and included them in the price of the home, often upgrades that would cost as much as $30,000 extra with other builders.
Upgrades in the Burcale Commons homes include vaulted and trey ceilings, walk-in closets, fireplaces, glass shower stalls, hardwood flooring, and screened porches. The community has a beautiful pool and playground for the children, as well as the picturesque lake that most homes are centered around. Yards are landscaped, and many have a white picket fence for privacy.
There are 3 and 4 bedroom homes available, ranging in size from 1500 to 2100 sq ft. Prices run from around $180,000 to $250,000.
Children attend River Oaks Elementary, Ocean Bay Middle School, and the award-winning Carolina Forest High School. With the location right off 501 near 17 Bypass, you will be convenient to everything in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is just a short drive, as well as the Coastal Grand Mall and several of the live shows.
