The Colony, Pawleys Island SC Homes for Sale
Around 2015, Lennar Homes announced an exciting new development in Pawleys Island called The Colony. There are 49 homesites on wooded lots or overlooking a beautiful pond. As do all of Lennar's homes, The Colony homes have the Hardi-plank siding and their "Everything's Included" package which offers many upgrades.
These are 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes ranging from 1772 to 2607 sq ft. There are six different home models you will notice in the neighborhood; The St Phillips, Annandale, Willow, Kensington, Willow II, and Marion.
Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet have all kinds of restaurants, water attractions, and shopping options, but Pawleys is amazingly pristine and unspoiled. The beach will be less than 4 miles away, and everything else is nearby. Schools include Waccamaw Elementary, Middle, and High School.
