Homes for Sale in the Cottages at Pawleys Island
The Cottages at Pawleys Island is an established community started in 2012 by Bill Clark Homes. New homes were added again in 2016 by Beverly Homes, so there are both established and newer homes available in this quaint little neighborhood.
The original homes were ranch style and raised beach houses with three floorplans or you could custom build your own through Bill Clark Homes. They included upgrades such as stone accents, roomy master suites with cultured marble showers, Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, covered patios, and two car garages.
The newer Beverly homes are all one level. They offer four 3-bedroom floorplans with standard features such as marble countertops in the bath, large showers with seats, designer kitchens, landscaped and finished yards, and any custom upgrades you want. These were constructed in late 2016-2017, and range in price depending on the square footage.
The community has very low HOA fees and is just over a mile to the beaches at Pawley's Island. Plenty of great restaurants are nearby and you are out of the traffic jams of Myrtle Beach. Kids attend the good schools at Waccamaw Elementary, Middle School, and High School.
