The original Members Club neighborhood comprises 54 homesites, most sitting directly on the golf course with views of the marsh, ponds, and nature-preserve areas. First developed in 2006, these upscale Mediterranean-style residences offer three to five bedrooms or more, with every convenience and upgrade — trey ceilings, glass shower stalls, designer kitchens, grand dining rooms, libraries, outdoor terraces with cooking and entertaining space, private pools and hot tubs, and even elevators in some homes. At the heart of the neighborhood is the 27,000-square-foot Members Club clubhouse, with a large veranda overlooking the 9th and 18th greens, a pro shop, fine dining options, a library and lounge, outdoor terrace dining, and game rooms — all alongside 18 holes of championship golf. Grande Dunes residents also enjoy private beach access and use of the oceanfront Grande Dunes Ocean Club pool and clubhouse.
