Homes for Sale in Creekside Point | Little River
Creekside Point is a subdivision developed by Meritage Homes in 2024, located just off Mineloa Ave in Little River, very near the North Carolina state line. Meritage is an excellent builder with a sterling reputation for quality, energy-efficient homes. Meritage also built in the Carolina Forest community known as Clear Pond.

Creekside represents country living at its best, with quiet streets surrounded by acres of field and forest. Yet the community itself consists of ultra-modern ranch-style homes, manicured quarter-acre lots, a community pool and cabana, and underground utilities. It's outside the city limits, with low taxes as well. Children attend Waterway Elementary, North Myrtle Beach Middle, and North Myrtle Beach High School.
The homes are 3, 4, and even a few 5-bedrooms with all the upgrades such as solid surface countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. There are 7 floorplans, with square footage ranging from 1542 to 2412 sq ft. All have at least a 2-car garage and usually a screened porch in the back. The community is convenient to the Little River waterfront with its great restaurants, a post office, McLeod Seacoast Hospital, and the town of Calabash with its many seafood diners. North Myrtle Beach is only 15-20 minutes away as well.
