Oak Pointe is one of the few gated communities in Barefoot Resort, and consists of only 32 homes. It is also one of the few Barefoot developments that allows owners to buy a lot with no time limit to build. It was developed in the mid-2000's and it is surrounded by preserved land and will remain small.
The homes are custom-built, so vary in size, type, and price. There are 3 and 4-bedroom homes, and prices range from around $400,000 up to $500,000+.
