The last 6 months have been good for those looking to sell. 

In many cases, buyers have been willing to pay full price or near full price for the home or condo they choose. We cannot underestimate how much the low-interest rates move people towards purchasing.

For those considering selling.....

• Make sure you choose an agent that has an aggressive marketing plan so you can get the highest price.
• Make sure a professional photographer takes clear pictures...this will impact the number of showings you get.
• Make sure you research price...with the market increasing, we often see the online estimates being inaccurate. Don’t leave any money on the table due to inaccuracies.
