Three villages, four kinds of home, one number you want
Bridgewater is not a single street of look-alike houses. It is a master-planned community in Little River with three villages inside it, a mix of cottages, single-family homes and townhomes, and an amenity complex most communities on the Grand Strand cannot match.
That variety is what makes the question hard. Your neighbor's sale tells you something. It does not tell you what your home is worth if theirs is a townhome and yours is a cottage on a pond.
Everything below is live. The tables further down show every Bridgewater home on the market right now, and everything that has closed, with the sold price next to the asking price. If you would rather skip to a number for your own address, start with our home value tool.

Why your number is not your neighbor's number
Bridgewater sells four different products under one name. Before you compare yourself to any sale in the table below, check that you are comparing like for like.
- Which village. The three villages were built with different home sizes and styles. Match the village before you match the price.
- Cottage, single-family or townhome. These trade on different footprints and different buyers. A townhome comp will not price a detached home.
- What your lot backs to. There are over 100 acres of lakes and ponds inside Bridgewater. Water behind the house is not a rounding error.
- Square footage first. Sort the sold table by living area and find the two or three closest to yours. Those are your comps. The community average is not.
You are not only competing with resales
Bridgewater has been building since 2018 and is still adding neighborhoods. That is unusual, and it changes how you price.
A buyer looking at your home can walk into a sales center the same afternoon and price a brand-new one. So the question is never just what your neighbor got. It is what your home offers that a new build down the street does not: a finished yard, upgrades already paid for, a mature lot, a location inside the community that is already spoken for.
Price it like a resale competing against new construction and you sell. Price it as though the new homes are not there and you sit.
How to get a number for your specific home
Averages describe a community. They do not price your kitchen, your screened porch, or the pond behind you.
I walk the home, compare it against the closings you see below, adjust for your village, your product type and your lot, and hand you a price with the reasoning attached. No obligation to list, and no pressure if selling is a year away.
More than 20 years on the Grand Strand, and our team has sold or partnered on more than 15,000 transactions here.

Living in Bridgewater
Where is Bridgewater located?
Bridgewater is in Little River, South Carolina, directly across from Seacoast Hospital on Highway 9 East. It sits in Horry County, a short drive from North Myrtle Beach.
What amenities does Bridgewater have?
The centerpiece is a 5,000 square foot clubhouse built to be used indoors and out. Residents also have a resort-style pool with lap lanes and a kiddie area, private cabanas, a large fitness center with virtual training, pickleball courts, an open park space with a fire pit and outdoor cooking area, a kayak launch, and more than 100 acres of natural and enhanced lakes and ponds.
What kinds of homes are in Bridgewater?
Bridgewater is made up of three villages with different home sizes and styles, including cottages and single-family homes, plus a collection of townhomes along a lake near the entrance. The community began in 2018 and has continued to add neighborhoods since.
What schools serve Bridgewater?
Bridgewater is in the Horry County Schools district. Addresses in the community are zoned for Waterway Elementary for kindergarten through fifth grade, North Myrtle Beach Middle School for sixth through eighth, and North Myrtle Beach High School for ninth through twelfth. Attendance zones can change, so confirm your own address with the district's school locator before you count on it.
Is Bridgewater still being built?
Yes. Bridgewater began in 2018 and continues to add neighborhoods. If you are selling a resale here, your home is competing with new construction inside the same community, which is worth planning for before you set a price.
