I grew up in Myrtle Beach, so this little slice of heaven is my home, and I know it like the back of my hand. During my free time, I usually read, sketch, or paint; as it is what brings peace to my mind. Business is one of the most important things in my life, but my family is still and always will be the number one priority for me.
I started sales as a little kid in my parents' store, where I got my first sales coaching. After I bought my first car, I didn’t like it. So, when it came time to sell it, I found out that if you do your research and price it right, the right buyer will come to you in a heartbeat. With that in mind, I have never owned a car for more than a few months. I intend on bringing that same tactic to real estate. With the right research and proper marketing, your house will be sold faster than you know it.
I studied Finance at Coastal Carolina University. While there, we focused heavily on market research and valuation. This is the reason why I will be able to get you the best value for your home and get it sold. When I am dealing with a client, my tactics are always the same.
