I was born and raised in Minnesota, but 9 years ago I had enough of the cold and snow. My husband had been contacted by a headhunter and as he walked in the door during a snowstorm - IN APRIL!  I told him to call them back and let’s check out Charlotte. I’m so very glad we did!

Before relocating I had a thriving real estate business in central Minnesota, but it was very transactional. Moving opened up an opportunity for me to change that.

After a personal experience years ago where we were deterred from using our VA loan benefit from a lender, I decided I wanted to help educate Veterans on how to buy a home using their VA benefits. I felt it was worthy and necessary so no one else missed the opportunity we had when purchasing a home. Around that same time, I was also introduced to working by referral and the importance of building a lasting relationship with my clients. That combination fit very well into my core beliefs of providing integrity, honesty, and excellent service to all of my clients. It’s about creating a long-lasting relationship that makes me their real estate professional for life. My past clients often say I’m extremely patient, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. 

After Covid, my family and I decided to go ahead to fulfill our dreams of living at the beach. We found a very unique fixer-upper in North Myrtle Beach and said it was time. After many, many months of working on the Beach Barn we lived through the labor of love it took to get her where she is today, although it took 18 moves in between. However, during that time I experienced living in many different parts of Myrtle Beach and got to enjoy what each area has to offer.

In my off-time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 3 kids, and 2 dogs. You’ll often find me at the gym, riding my motorcycle, reading or relaxing on the beach, or walking the beach looking for shark teeth. The Carolinas have so much to offer, and I love living life in the Carolinas! You will too!
