Born and raised in New England, Chris grew up in central Connecticut where he attended Eastern Connecticut State University. With a business background and knowledge in the construction industry, Chris elected entrepreneurship after college. In 2002, he started a new construction and full home renovation business that would prove to be successful despite the economic uncertainties we often had in the early to mid 2000’s.

Chris and his family visited the Myrtle Beach area for many years. In 2016 they purchased a personal vacation home in North Myrtle Beach. After using the property for personal use creating many years of family memories the property is now managed as a rental investment. With the opportunity to sell his business in Connecticut Chris and his family purchased a primary residence in North Myrtle Beach in the Fall of 2022.
