Arcadia is a newly planned development off Forestbrook Rd, near Hwy 544 in Socastee. Just in the beginning stages, there are at least three neighborhoods at this time. Lennar has some homes already built, Mungo Homes are building in 2023, and Centex is planning a division as well. Future plans are to have a central pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and playground for all.

With this many builders, there will be many floorplans, many types of homes, and many price points. Lennar has prices in the mid to high $300,000's. Mungo will offer up to 6 bedrooms from the med 300,000's to $500,000. Centex prices will be announced soon.
