Century 21 The Harrelson Group

Born and raised in Colorado, I was a New York City girl until I traded my city boots for toes in the sand. Seduced by the beautiful beaches and lush landscapes, I couldn’t have found a better place to make a home.

When setting out on my career in real estate, I was told not to waste my time working anywhere else but to go to the best. And I did. Here at Century 21 The Harrelson Group, integrity and service come first. Looking at my background in social work and the hospitality industry, those qualities have shaped my life.

Given my upbringing on a Colorado farm, I’m not afraid of hard work. Given my years in New York City, I’m not afraid of tough negotiations. I’m committed to helping people. I put your goals and needs first. I understand what an important decision you’re making. Whether your first home, retirement home, or investment property I’m here to make your experience a smooth and successful one.

Getting to Know You

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

- I love the concept of placing a client in their home. They’re not buying a house, they’re buying a future.

2. Where are you originally from?

- I was raised on a farm in Colorado, but lived in New York City for most of my life.

3. What brought you to the area?

- I married a" low-country" boy whom I met in New York. We decided it was time to truly settle down and be closer to family.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

- Fire and Smoke, and Luigi’s

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

- I live a block from the beach, so time there energizes me and sets my mind at peace.

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

- The Atlanta Braves and the Denver Broncos

7.  What are you passionate about?

- Connecting with people and helping them through transitional periods of their life. I spent time in the clinical field as a social worker and the desire to help others is a driving force in my life.

8. How important is Customer Service to you?

- I prefer the term Customer Hospitality. Service can be provided doing the minimum amount required, the nuts and bolts. Hospitality is the personal touch; anticipating their needs and smoothing out the rough patches. You’re welcoming them home.
