John grew up in New Jersey, California, and Chicago.  He also served in the United States Marine Corp from 1986 to 1991 and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm.  After the service John obtained his certification as a Deep Sea Commercial Diver and worked in the diving industry for 3 years abroad. From 1993 to 2005 he worked for 3 major Fortune 500 companies in New York City as a Senior Business Analyst and PeopleSoft Admin. In 2005, John moved to Myrtle Beach, created his own real estate investment company and has been buying, selling, and wholesaling investment properties since then.  John has over 220 hundred hours of specialized Investment Real Estate buying and selling training. He is also a cofounder and board member of the local REIA group called “Grand Strand Real Estate Investor Assoc."

John has been an active realtor since 2007, specializing in short sale transactions.  He puts his specialized, advanced negotiation skills to work to help distressed property owners.

John is currently the #1 short sale agent in the Grand Strand area, and holds the following Realtor designations:

2. “CDPE” – Certified Distress Property Expert
3.  Five Star Institute Short Sale and REO certified.
4.  Century 21 Short Sale and REO certified.

In addition, he has attended mortgage originating and home inspection training schools, allowing him a greater understanding of all aspects of the real estate transaction.

In 2009, John was one of the top 10 producing realtors in our area and winner of the Century 21 Centurion Producer Award.
