Born in the south and raised in the north, Deb started coming to the Grand Strand area in the early 1980's. In the middle of raising two children and various dogs and cats, she finished college and graduated as a degreed paralegal. Living a life of hectic schedules made coming to the Grand Strand area one of the highlights of summer for the entire family. They fell in love with ocean breezes and blue skies, and decided to move here permanently in 1997. It was a major adjustment for a family used to the ever-changing weather of Lake Erie winters.

In 1998, Deb became a licensed Realtor, intent on helping others realize the many opportunities offered in this incredible coastal area. She worked as a sales agent and then marketing coordinator for a major builder for almost six years. During that time, Deb was able to get to know the area in detail, as well as establish great relationships with many of the area's Realtors.

Her background and attention to detail allow her to assist her buyers and sellers on many levels; and in a professional, memorable manner.
